(More customer reviews)I was looking for refills for my slightly older Gillette Fusion razor and Amazon had the best price I'd found. I'd checked with Gillette and learned that all Fusion cartridges fit all Fusion razors. Though a little more expensive, I decided to try the latest, Proglide. When I ordered, this package was the cheapest per cartridge Gillette Fusion Proglide Power 4 Count Cartridge + Bonus Thermal Scrub, and came with a bonus trial size of Thermal Scrub. (Look carefully at all package prices and quantities; the price per cartridge can vary greatly.)
I wasn't expecting a dramatic difference in shave quality, but have been pleasantly surprised. The new Proglide version provides a much smoother shave than the original Fusion blades, which I found only average. With them, I'd experienced more tug and pull than I had with the Mach 3 razor that they had replaced. These new blades exceed the comfort of my old Mach 3, and simultaneously provide a closer shave. Highly recommended!
