(More customer reviews)I'm used to buying this foil and cutter kit in a Braun blister pack. These components were not in a pack. They were loose in a box.
The official Braun kits always worked fine and lasted about two years. This "after market" replacement was not of the same quality. The first thing I noticed is that the foil did not fit well in it's holder. It did not snap into place with the same crispness as the Braun foil. Same thing with the cutter. Once installed in the shaver the foil and cutter gave a rough painful shave as it pinched and pulled at my beard.
Basically the manufacturer of these components did not hold tolerances very well. Also - they were poorly protected during shipment and may have been damaged in route.
I returned the shipment and received a full refund including shipping charges. I was satisfied with the service I received from the vendor.
