(More customer reviews)I've been cutting my own hair for years, the last few with a Wahl 8500. They're great clippers; I've never had any trouble and, as I said, it's been years (and I have short hair so I use them often). Recently, one of the plastic guards/combs broke (the one I always use, of course). This makes it somewhat less useful. But I just called the company directly, and in less than five minutes they had completely processed my order for a replacement guard. INCREDIBLY good customer service. It'll be years before I need replacement clippers, but I'll definitely buy from Wahl when I do.
