(More customer reviews)I absolutely love my Braun, and had no complaints whatsoever until I sought out a replacement cutter and foil set the 2nd time around. Unfortunately, changes made to the 8000 series replacements rendered an otherwise amazing product lackluster at best. Hair snags painfully in the ridge between the two foils without fail. The cutters are notably more dull and chew up my neck. After seeing a pattern of reviews suggesting the same, I resorted to the 7000 series replacements and thankfully that product (at least as of now) still lives up to the Braun reputation and shave quality that I have come to depend on.
